十目所视 [shí mù suǒ shì]

⒈原指一个人的一举一动，大家都看得见，指得出(见于《礼记·大学》)。后指做了坏事逃不过众人的耳目。[with many people watching one cannot do wrong without being seen; be useless to hide as all eyes see it and all fingers point to it;]
